Panorama

For this assignment, I used the "drive by" panorama trick to create this picture. To be completely honest, it was a lot harder than I thought. The picture would barely take, and it would say either that I was not moving the iPhone, or that I was moving it too fast. This is one of the best takes I got out of my multiple attempts over vacation, so I figured I would use it. I want to attempt this again at some later date, to try to figure out what I was doing wrong.

Leading Lines

As you can see, I used my cat as a model for these pictures, so they did not come out as clear as I would have hoped. In these pictures, I tried to use the leading lines of fabrics (the bedding, the curtain) to draw your attention to my subject (my cat). It was extremely interesting to try to find new ways to photograph that directly highlighted the subject through the usage of lines. It was a really interesting assignment, as it forced me to look at my subject, and the backgrounds of my photos, in a new, more analytical light.
